Our wonderful Service Tech is leaving so we are looking for an experienced, smart, organized, and friendly person to replace him.

You need to have already worked as a service tech for a roastery or manufacturer of coffee equipment.  You must be able to repair all major espresso machines – old machine knowledge is a benefit.  You need to be able to repair the espresso equipment, hard stuff, not just filters, pumps and steam wands.   You need to be able to install machines.  You must be able to fix grinders (including knowing when to replace items) and batch brewing equipment.  You will be required to install basic equipment such as water filters, pitcher rinsers, including light carpentry and maintenance from time to time.

You will need to manage a tool and parts inventory and keep track of your time.  As you are visiting our wholesale accounts you need to be friendly, punctual and posses an ability to deal with issues under stressful conditions on site and on the phone.  Being able to make a cracking shot of espresso would be great.

You must have a valid, clean driving record as you will need to drive our vans to visit wholesale customers and lift heavy equipment, (100lbs+) including espresso machines, coffee and grinders, etc.

You will be full time with 2 weeks vacation, sick pay, and access to health insurance at certain milestones.
