NEW YORK METRO AREA COFFEE CO. (BASED IN NJ) HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A TECHNICIAN TO INSTALL AND REPAIR ESPRESSO AND REGULAR COFFEE EQUIPMENT

Technician will be primarily responsible for onsite and or in shop delivery, installation, repair and maintenance of espresso and regular coffee brewing equipment based on assigned schedule, additionally they are responsible to ensure that all product testing, troubleshooting, and repairs are completed properly to the satisfaction of our customers, and in accordance of manufactures and our specifications.

Responsibilities include:

· Repair and install espresso and regular drip coffee equipment

· Evaluate customer concerns and professionally communicate resolution as needed

· Provide accurate and timely electronic documentation of field reports

· Develop and maintain strong working relationship with customers

· Acquire correct information to order necessary parts to properly repair equipment

· Perform all duties in a safe manner and to alert management to any unsafe working conditions

· Managing parts inventory

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of experience working with/fixing coffee equipment.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Valid driver’s license

· Able to lift at least 50lbs,

· Two paid weekends a month on call
