Alongside coffee drinks of the highest quality, we carry a variety of house-baked, vegan, gluten-free and organic pastries, as well as cold-pressed juices and healthy marketplace items.

About the Position

The Barista is a critical member of the Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee experience. They are responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience. Our stores are fast paced environments and candidates must be able to maintain a positive, upbeat vibe while performing job specific duties.

All Baristas go through an extensive training program. Our training is structured so that Baristas build a strong product-knowledge foundation, gain exceptional hospitality skills and learn to handle all stations and shifts within our stores.

Requirements

Barista candidates must be friendly, reliable, and must have open availability. Candidates must be well versed in performing monetary transactions such as giving and receiving change with previous experience operating a POS terminal.

Weekend availability is a must. Previous barista and leadership experience a plus.
