📣 We’re Hiring! | Loft Studio Café ☕️
We’re getting ready to open our doors in Bayside, NY — and we’re looking for friendly, coffee-loving Baristas and Café Staff to join our launch crew!

If you love coffee, good vibes, and creating a welcoming space, we’d love to meet you.

✨ Part-time & full-time
✨ $16.50–$20/hr + tips (hourly will vary depending on experience, tips shared equally)
✨ Free coffee
✨ Growth-friendly, community-focused team

Shift Lead (Barista Experience Required):

• Craft quality espresso drinks and signature beverages
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized barista station
• Provide warm, friendly customer service with every interaction
• Share knowledge about our menu and coffee offerings
• Support front-of-house operations and lead by example
• Help train front-of-house team members
• Opening and/or closing duties

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Barista experience is a must.
