Café Shift Lead
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team and help elevate our café experience. If you’re passionate about specialty coffee, thrive in a leadership role, and are ready to grow with a mission-driven company, we want to meet you.

Who You Are
✅ Prior leadership or supervisory experience
✅ Available weekends. DO NOT INQUIRE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE FULL WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.
✅ Skilled in espresso, latte art, and pour-over
✅ Calm under pressure, quick on your feet
✅ Team-first communicator and motivator
✅ Genuinely passionate about great coffee and hospitality

What You’ll Do
– Lead daily operations and delegate tasks to ensure smooth, efficient service
– Participate in leadership meetings and execute store-wide goals
– Manage inventory and maintain a clean, well-stocked café

Requirements:
– Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (or willing to obtain)
– Punctual, reliable, and schedule-flexible
– Collaborative, coachable, and customer-focused

$19 hour + commensurate with experience
