The Role
We’re looking for an Experienced Barista — someone passionate about coffee, design, and community — to help define the Apartment Ra’el coffee experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape our beverage program from the ground up, craft signature drinks, and bring creativity to every cup.

What You’ll Do
– Daily coffee bar operations (includes opening and closing responsibilities) with consistency, care, and attention to detail
– Assist in the development of new seasonal recipes
– Maintain coffee quality standards
– Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and visually in tune with the space
– Collaborate with the founder and creative team to align the café experience with the brand’s aesthetic and values
– Engage with guests and foster a warm, welcoming environment
– Assist in coffee inventory management

You Are
– An experienced barista (2+ years) with strong espresso and matcha skills
– Passionate about café culture, design, and hospitality
– Creative, curious, and excited about coffee and design
– Organized, dependable, and confident being a part of a small team
– Thoughtful in your approach — both with coffee and people
