The Brooklyn Roasting Company seeks skilled baristas for shift leader positions. We are looking for baristas with excellent customer service, good attitudes and hustle for our busy cafes.

Shift leaders report directly to the store GM, and act as “manager on duty.” They are responsible for store operations during their shift, cash opening and closing procedures and are store keyholders. Must have food handler’s certificate, passion for coffee!
