Gourmet Doughnut Shop looking for Shift Supervisor!
Shift supervisors should have a passion for providing excellent service. Energy, urgency and a smile are key!

A passion for coffee and barista experience are pluses.

A Shift Supervisor is responsible for the store’s operations whilst on shift. These include:
– Accurately counting and assigning drawers, handling cash during and at end of day.
– Maintaining all Department of Health food safety standards.
– Enhancing customer experience by performing and promoting the foundations of Clean, Fast, Friendly service.
– Keeping an eye for detail in all aspects of daily operations.
– Maintaining a clean and well presented store.
– Communicating to and directing associates when necessary.
– Communicating to and with Management.
– Communicating to and with other departments, including other stores, the bakery and driver team.
– Maintaining accurate inventory counts.

Starting Pay is 11/hr + tips($3+per/hr)
