Coffee for Good is a nonprofit that will operate a full scale standard coffee shop as a training platform for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our first goal is to improve the lives of people with disabilities by reducing the high unemployment rate in that community and our second goal is to be a self-sustaining nonprofit business. We are looking for experienced, organized, highly motivated individuals to be Shift Supervisors for our coffee shop working with our experienced coffee shop manager. The shift supervisors will help operate the coffee shop and assist the job coaches and trainees as they learn their tasks.
