Devoción is hiring Shift Supervisors to start immediately.

Exciting opportunity to work for an established (busy!) specialty coffee company with room for growth.

Ideal candidates have amazing coffee knowledge and know-how, a warm and positive attitude, are passionate about providing a great coffee experience, and excellent team players. Devoción baristas are required to attend training courses and candidates who are enthusiastic about continuing their coffee knowledge are encouraged to apply!

Requirements:
*At least 3 years experience operating a high-volume specialty coffee shop.
*Strong leadership skills, train, build and motivate team members
*Open availability, weekdays and weekends. Full time.
*Food Handlers Certificate is required
*Have a warm, friendly & positive attitude, service minded, hospitality driven
*Well spoken, can easily and confidently speak about coffee drinks, suggestive selling
*Fast paced environment, you thrive in this environment and give 100% during every shift with every customer
*Ability to build a rapport with customers in order to establish relationships with regulars
*Positive vibes, lots of energy, amazing multi-tasker
