Full-Time Shipping and Warehouse Manager
Job Description
Tea Lady BK tealadybk.com is an online direct to consumer health and wellness company focused on manufacturing healing herbal tea and powder blends for self care & mental health. We are looking for a skilled E-commerce shipping and warehouse manager to undertake a variety of day-to-day logistics, clerical, organizational and fulfillment tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our online retail operation runs smoothly and is successful in supporting other business activities. An excellent candidate for this position is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with a list of tasks, and making sure they are completed.
Responsibilities:
– Order Processing: Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
-Production: Assist Production team with incoming ingredient and packaging deliveries. Help with stickering, sealing and filling products. Keeping the work areas clean, swept and mopped
– Inventory Management: Monitor and manage packaging inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
-Platform Management: Oversee and manage product listings on Shopify. Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. Stay informed about platform updates and implement best practices to maximize visibility.
– Shipping Coordination: Coordinate shipping logistics, prepare packages for dispatch, and collaborate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
– Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products before shipping to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
– Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of order fulfillment processes.
– Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, or inventory discrepancies.
– Customer Service Support: Assist with customer inquiries related to shipping, tracking, and order status, providing excellent customer service.
– Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, or a related role is preferred but not required.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Shopify, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus
– Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
-Comfortable working on feet and ability to stand for longer periods of time, and to lift and move packages up to 50lbs.

Compensation : $25.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
