Coffee Roaster and Showroom Manager:

Abbotsford Road Coffee Specialists in Gowanus, Brooklyn is hiring a full-time coffee roaster and showroom manager with experience in leading and growing a team. Candidate will be the face of ARD and must display a strong customer service focus, as well as run the day-to-day operations of the showroom café and coffee roaster. On the job training will be provided for all aspects of this position. This is an opportunity to start at the beginning and grow with the company, with huge potential for growth.

Applicants need to be have the following:

• Managed a team within a hospitality setting
• 5+ years high volume customer service experience
• Basic understanding of all coffee brewing methods
• Ability to work as part of a growing team and show leadership
• Adapt to challenges that maybe outside the job description
• Take ownership of projects and run with them from start to finish
