Eversys is a Swiss based company, which was founded in 2009 by a team of engineers with significant experience in the development of leading-edge espresso solutions, conceived and delivered over the past 30 years. Eversys Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eversys Switzerland, is positioning itself to become the leading commercial espresso machine supplier in North America.
Eversys Inc. is looking to hire a full time Spare Parts Specialist. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the spare parts department for North America.
Job Description:
The Spare Parts Specialist will be responsible for the successful and efficient operation of the spare parts department. The SPM will report directly to the Director of Operations and will work closely the service department and AP/AR department.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to all spare part order inquiries with a high level of urgency
• Create estimates and invoices for all orders in QuickBooks and process credit card payments as needed
• Pick and pack shipments and create shipping labels for all orders
• Receive and process all warranty parts claims
• Receive all incoming inventory and enter into stock as needed
• Manage inventory levels, advise on stock levels based on order history, eliminate shrinkage and perform quarterly inventory assessments.
• Process internal requests from the service department to supply parts to technicians as needed
Qualifications
• Must be meticulous with details
• Must be willing to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Excellent clerical and administrative skills
• Exceptional data entry skills
