Barista – Caffè Aronne (Upper East Side, NYC)

Join the team at Caffè Aronne, a cozy and vibrant Israeli-inspired café on the Upper East Side, known for our specialty coffee, artisanal toasts, beautiful boards, and carefully curated selection of wine and beer. We are a kosher café, closed on Shabbat, and dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our community.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare exceptional espresso drinks, coffee beverages, and teas to our exacting standards

Serve guests our menu of fresh toasts, shareable boards, and thoughtfully paired wines and beers

Deliver warm, attentive service and help create the friendly, neighborhood feel we’re known for

Support daily café operations, including setup, cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a spotless workspace

Educate customers on our menu offerings and help create memorable café experiences

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering an excellent guest experience

Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Availability for weekday and weekend shifts (we are closed on Shabbat)

Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
