Job Description

Paloma Coffee & Bakery seeks an experienced barista and manager to oversee the coffee program and FOH service at our bakery location in Williamsburg as the Store Leader. You should be knowledgable about specialty coffee, have significant experience in high volume manual espresso, and have experience managing a small team.

The store leader will be a representative of Paloma Coffee & Bakery and the face of our brand at the Williamsburg location, and should embody our core values of neighborly, exceptional service, speed, and high quality in how they present themselves to our customers and staff. You’ll work on the floor full time in the beginning, and most shifts are solo, with the bakery team onsite in the earlier part of the day.

You’ll be responsible for building on the early success we’ve established in the Williamsburg neighborhood and will be incentivized to grow business with structured bonuses. We want someone who has ideas, but is also comfortable taking direction, to collaborate with the Executive Chef and owner on improving our business in Williamsburg.

Expected salary is $60,000 – $90,000 annually inclusive of tips and potential bonuses.
