The ideal candidate:

• has at least 3 years experience in specialty coffee
• can make a great coffee
• experience in management or leadership role a plus
• is a team player
• is mature, has a good attitude and a  friendly, calm demeanor
• is a problem solver; pays attention to detail
• food protection certificate is a MUST
