We are an up-and-coming coffee retail and wholesale company that will be growing very quickly over the next year. We are currently on the lookout for an energetic, super responsible, highly motivated, entrepreneurial- minded leader to manage our Hoboken retail location.

• You are a true coffee professional and have 2+ years of prior barista experience**!
• You are an experienced manager who is capable of overseeing all aspects of the business including, but not limited to: hiring, training, and development of staff, marketing and promotions, implementation of creative troubleshooting measures, analyzing sales and cost/profit data.
• You are a people person (even at 6am!) and you thrive on creating a warm, welcoming, and caffeinated environment for all of your customers!
• You are a detail-oriented neat freak who is never afraid to get your hands dirty to keep your store squeaky clean.
• You love working as a team to ensure business success – meeting store goals, upholding the highest standards, motivating your team and creating an amazing customer experience!

**In addition to 2+ years of barista experience, applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing a team in specialty coffee, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service industries.
