Job Description

We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor with a keen and sound knowledge of Specialty Coffee.

The role will involve working closely with the management team who are always trying to improve customer experience through honest interactions, comforting directives and welcoming service.

The ideal applicant will have a proven background in supervising staff in a cafe environment with experience in cash-up, inventory management and opening and closing a busy cafe.

Aside from the workplace we value our time spent pursuing interests that inspire us. All hobbies are encouraged and we are flexible with respect to time off that is sometimes required to accomodate.

We are growing and expanding our business so this position would be ideal for someone who is looking to build upon their skills and grow their hospitality coffee career.

The pay is starting between $12-18 plus tips depending upon level of experience.
