White Noise Coffee Company’s main mission is to be the REBEL of the industry, who doesn’t compromise in quality product and service. We’re looking for an experienced barista that has the qualities to micromanage the café and is willing to work long-term with us. At a certain point we will be looking for workers who are willing to step up and supervise/manage our fellow workers and different locations. Experience with coffee is encouraged but isn’t required. Yet we do require a barista that can make latte art (hearts, tulips, rosettes, etc.). If you aren’t experienced you have a chance to build a strong foundation for coffee as long as you are motivated to learn. We are interested in an enthusiastic worker who is flexible to changes, open to learning, and has a passion for coffee. We will be opening up new locations in the near future so he/she has a chance to expand with our growing family and has a lot of room to grow as a barista.
White Noise begins the moment you enter through our doors. From the sounds of cups clinking, steam wands blasting, espresso beans grinding, and every little chit chat in the store, the environment we bring to you is one of liveliness. The show begins behind the bar with you and our team.

What you’ll do and Responsibilities include, but not limited to,
– Be passionate about hospitality
– Take pride in providing great customer service
– Know how to work hard while having fun
– Willing to learn all aspects of running a high quality café and artistic final products
– Have passion for latte art
– Love coffee and food
– Accurately and consistently preparing all of our beverage and food offerings.
– Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning
– Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, educate customers on coffee offerings and make recommendations
– If guests are dining in, you may help in delivering beverages to guest tables
– Maintain work area and equipment to a high level of cleanliness
– Work as part of a team to ensure smooth cafe operations
Presentation of beverages and food plating is very important and you will be required to pass a service test.
