Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Barista & Retail Associate to join our team. This role combines expertise in specialty tea preparation with a keen understanding of our audio products, ensuring that every guest enjoys both an extraordinary cup of tea and a welcoming retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Tea & Beverage Service
Prepare and serve a selection of high-quality teas with precision and care.
Educate guests on different teas, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
Maintain consistency in tea preparation, presentation, and service.
Ensure the tea bar and service areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Customer Experience & Retail Support
Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized service to all guests.
Guide customers through our selection of high-fidelity speakers, sharing insights about sound quality and design.
Assist with sales transactions, operating the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
Maintain the showroom’s visual standards, ensuring a seamless blend of tea house and retail aesthetics.
Operational Support
Help manage inventory, restocking tea and retail products as needed.
Assist in maintaining the ambiance of the space, ensuring an inviting and tranquil atmosphere.
Support events, tastings, and workshops related to tea and audio experiences.
Follow all health and safety guidelines for food and beverage service.

Qualifications:
Experience in specialty tea or coffee service, with a passion for high-quality beverages.
Interest in audio, music, and speaker technology (experience in retail is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage with customers.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a pristine environment.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings.
