Job Description

-Manage all day to day operations of the Cafe

-Build weekly schedules

-Train new team members and be a reliable leader for the current team

-Train all team members to do latte art on every cup

-Impact 787 team members so they give exceptional experiences to customers

-Greet, Connect, and Thank every human that enters the cafe

-Keep close track of all store inventory

-Place orders where necessary and in accordance with the ordering schedule to maintain store inventory

-Daily Communication with District Leaders

-Make sure team is following all company procedures

-Decorate the store and keep it relevant

-Make sure clean/dry rags are always available for 787 team members

-Make sure store opens on-time each day and that all weekly shifts are covered
