A farm to cup coffee experience! We own our own farm in the mountains of Puerto Rico, we grow, process and roast our own beans!

What are we looking for? AMAZING humans that love life, art, coffee and that want to belong. Team members who are capable of:

-Providing exceptional experiences to customers

-Consistently dial-in espresso machines, pour perfect espresso/v60 pour over coffee

-Make all 787 drinks using proper recipes with latte art

-Keep store clean and well stocked throughout the shift

-Fulfill all opening / closing procedures in a timely manner

-Actively communicate with Leadership and fellow team members to effectively keep the cafe clean, stocked, and functioning

-Clean and care for all equipment behind the counter

-Maintain the lobby throughout the shift, taking care to be friendly with all 787 customers

*Availability is essential
*Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
*Work eligibility is required
*Ability to take cool / creative photos of our caffeinated customers without being shy
*Social, extroverted, and outgoing humans who love to connect!
*Barista experience is a + but not required
*Latte art is a + but not required
*Room for growth within the company
