Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as TEAM MEMBERS for the cafe located at the 9/11 Museum.

We are seeking candidates with immediate availability. This is an hourly, non-tipped position. The starting rate will be $10 / hr. + full benefits

Job Expectations:
– Understands and adheres to all policies and guidelines regarding cash handling.
– Responsible for knowing and able to explain menu and beverage offerings for service.
– Communicates with Venue Manager at all times regarding guest request and any other needs that requires attention.
– Maintains high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas.
– Maintains a sense of urgency during service.
– Can operate espresso and coffee machines.
– Can operate well under pressure.
– Understand and upholds USE’s Hospitality standards with respect to the wishes of USE Managers, guests, and 9/11 Museum staff.
– Personifies a team-minded work ethic to be proactive at all times.
