Requirements:

•  An innate “knack” for customer service & hospitality
• Must Love Coffee
• Happy, positive and have great interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and keep learning/adapting
• Prior barista training and real world/work experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced setting
• Bonus points if you have a Food Handler’s Certificate

Third Rail Coffee is a Barista-led/customer-focused company and an EOE. Compensation based on experience.
