Barista

 Job Description:

Baristas are responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees, teas, and food products. The barista/counter attendant fulfills any other duties the store manager, assistant manager or shift supervisor assigns and represents the company in a professional manner.

Baristas should have coffee knowledge and passion, and should be true coffee artisans.
Must have a vibrant, warm, and welcoming personality.

Must have:

– 1.5 years of Barista Experience
– Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus
– Ability to communicate effectively with customers
– Flexibility with hours and willing to work till the job is done
– Previous customer service experience
– Experience or interest in natural, organic and local foods
– Previous barista and restaurant experience
PAY DOE $11-$14
