Upstate Account Manager

Summary: Ensure wholesale customer success, growth and longevity via thorough onboarding, active promotion of Irving Farm standards / industry expertise and thoughtful use of support resources. This position is based in Millerton, NY.

Role and Responsibilities:
Onboard new accounts, ensuring positive exposure to brand and smooth execution of equipment purchase, installation, training, and launch of product
Manage daily functions of customer relationship, ensure customer needs are being met
Utilize resources (retail expertise, service support, training support, accounting support, production support) to optimize customer performance
Conduct site visits regularly
Observe product quality and selection and make thoughtful recommendations for improvement. Pitch in as necessary to achieve great results
Assist Head of Sales in upstate sales process
Perform scheduled and emergency service on espresso and brewing equipment

Compensation:
Competitive salary paid weekly plus 10% annual target bonus based on performance meeting expectations
2 weeks PTO annually
