USA Wholesale Account Manager

Built on the same ethos that drives the best of specialty coffee, Mörk Chocolate specialises in dark drinking chocolates made entirely from traceable ingredients. After launching in Melbourne, Australia in 2012, our products are now available to specialty cafes in the USA.

The proposed role covers all aspects of wholesale account management and liaison in the USA. You will be focused on establishing new wholesale relationships, while also providing product training for new customers, and performing onsite quality assurance checks. Additionally, you will manage our inventory of assets, including all stock on hand and any market stall assets.

You will form an integral part of Mörk Chocolate’s expansion plans, and as a brand ambassador you will essentially be the face of Mörk in the USA, helping to build the brand’s presence in a critically important new market.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Accounts

• Initiating and growing ongoing relationships with stockists
• Taking part in industry events
• Working to establish new wholesale markets and opportunities
• Facilitating product tastings with potential customers
• Utilising and maintaining all CRM/management platforms as requested

Inventory & Stock Control

• Managing Xero, including all invoicing and expense management
• Utilising and maintaining all CRM/management platforms as requested
• Overseeing and managing all sales projections and associated par levels

Support

• Providing product training and information to existing accounts
• Ensuring that quality control is being maintained within each client’s venue
• Providing any and all ongoing customer support

Requirements

• Driver’s licence
