Variety is currently hiring a cafe manager! A manager at Variety is responsible for, among other things: creating the schedule, working directly with the retail director to hire and staff the cafe, overseeing all ordering for the cafe, managing all employees of the cafe, and ensuring the best possible performance while maintaining high morale.

Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for friendly, coffee-focused professionals who have a strong work ethic and provide excellent customer-service.

Experience Requirements

• 4+ years of barista experience

• 1+ years of previous managerial experience

• Excellent Latte Art skills a must

• Able to lead efficiently, maintain and uphold quality standards, and maintain a positive, friendly, productive and fun work environment for all baristas

• Able to cultivate and maintain a team mentality at the shop

• Exceptional customer service with the ability to instill this quality in others

• Flexible, hard-working, organized and responsive
