We are looking for Managers and Assistant Managers.

For this role you must have:

* a great friendly attitude managing our staff is key to the stores success
* two years experience managing a like specialty coffee shop
* an ability to understand and follow a budget
* food handlers, knowledge of DOH inspections
* experience managing staff, hiring, write ups, scheduling, training
* experience ordering coffee, paper goods, pastries, etc.
* excellent coffee skills, if you are rusty we have educators that can help you brush up
* a desire to try new ideas, promotions, offerings, this is a start up store, so we need to work out what works!
* ability to work on your feet 8+ hours a day, lift up to 30lbs and to climb stairs

We are also looking to build out the teams, and we are looking for Shift Leads and Baristas who have their food handlers and have experience. 

Our ideal candidate is someone who’s passionate about coffee and hospitality we can help with the rest.   We also love a re-run, if you have worked for us before, and want to again, we are interested.
