The responsibilities:

1. Brewing espresso/matcha drinks according to established recipes and standards.
2. Providing excellent customer service, including taking orders and answering questions.
3. Operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
4. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and the store area.
5. Stocking and replenishing supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, and syrups.
6. Taking payment and handling transactions accurately.
7. Learning about different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods to educate customers.
8. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
9. Following food safety and hygiene regulations.
10. Occasionally assisting with food preparation or other tasks as needed.
