Wholesale Account Manager
As Sales Manager, you are first and foremost an ambassador of Coffee of Grace and an embodiment of our mission. You are responsible for spreading our mission through direct sales to food service establishments including restaurants, hotels and cafes and supporting our existing partnerships. You will work with our Director of Coffee and Director of Operations to properly and efficiently onboard new clients. Of note, you are responsible for anticipating our clients’ needs in the field while promoting Coffee of Grace’s interests as our most visible representative.
Driving foodservice sales of coffee, tea and allied products
Developing and maintaining a network to grow sales on a long term basis
Managing your daily schedule to maximize your time and hit monthly sales goals
Maintaining best practices across each account to ensure their long-term sustainability
Providing thorough and extensive knowledge of Coffee of Grace ’s offerings menu as well as all supporting services
Resolving account issues by providing constructive solutions in a timely fashion
Supporting quality control in the field with all of Coffee of Grace’s NYC accounts
Participating in the coffee focused culture of the company
Managing account information on an ongoing basis via CRM software and Apps
Reporting daily to Directors and attend weekly meetings
Self motivated and driven
Proficient barista skills
Displayed passion and enthusiasm for coffee
Ability to remain highly organized
Willingness to travel as needed
Minimum of one year in a management position, or equivalent, in the specialty coffee industry preferred
Coffee of Grace is a New York based coffee roaster specializing in direct trade with farmers to source and roast specialty grade coffees. The company was founded by in an effort to support the coffee farmers of Rwanda and has expanded its mission and sustainable practices to more countries throughout the coffee belt.
