Job Description

Devoción partners with some of the most coffee focused restaurants and cafes throughout the New York City area. We always strive to provide top coffee quality and resources to each wholesale partner through various services which includes helping them search for equally coffee-driven people who are focused on bringing the very best coffee quality and customer service skills.

We are searching for barista candidates to pre-screen for employment at various wholesale partner cafes and/or restaurants. These positions vary in hourly rates $14-$17 and range from part-time to full time positions. All baristas who work for a Devocion wholesale partner have unlimited access to barista training.

Baristas will be paired based on experienced and preferred work environment then resumes will be screened and sent out to Devoción wholesale partners who are interested in hiring baristas for their coffee stations. Wholesale partners will reach out conduct interviews at their discretion.
