We are a day time restaurant (dinner in the future) on the Bed Stuy/ Clinton hill border, featuring New-American breakfast & lunch fare with a touch of middle-eastern flavors. We takes pride in sourcing seasonal, and whenever possible, local ingredients to serve the community the experience of enjoying casual, simple yet sophisticated new foods & takes on food we already know. Multi-roaster coffee program (Wine & Spirits coming soon) and featuring pastries made in-house.

We are searching for a talented barista/counter person who has the following qualities:
– Passionate about high quality service in a friendly environment
– You like to learn about new foods. ( all our chefs are Michelin trained)
-Exceptionally passionate about premium coffee, great food and exceptional customer service
-Has experience in making superior espresso beverages, this includes dialing in,
maintaining consistent espresso extraction and consistently pulling superior shots.
-Experience with batch brewing
-Food Handlers License

Candidate must be strong enough to handle all food transactions, command a crowd and expedite orders. A strong service background is a must. Ideal candidate is also genuinely interested in food and the community we serve.
