- Barista Think Coffee started in NYC 11 years ago with community & good coffee in mind. We wanted to provide the best possible coffee with the least possible carbon footprint and to have a positive effect on the places we get coffee from rather than the ever increasing negative ones we were seeing. We are a growing company who promotes solely from within. All of our management, trainers, etc have started as baristas.
